Kalshi's daily NDX board sits consistent with that: today's modal bucket is 29,000–29,099 at 13–18¢, with adjacent buckets 3–9¢. The Jul-24 'below 27,600' tail — roughly a 5% weekly drop — is bid 6–11¢, fat downside pricing after the sell-off.

The pair can't be priced. Two Kalshi scans returned only daily/weekly ranged markets and Q3 removal contracts (EA removal 89–93¢, MSTR 7–11¢); the annual 'finishes higher' contract never surfaced, so the event leg of the cross-venue pair has no quote this session. Daily volumes are thin (1–20 contracts), so fees would erode any small edge even if one appeared. Watch. The annual market reappearing or thickening, and whether the ~8¢ mid weekly crash-tail cheapens once the memory-led sell-off stabilizes; that repricing is the earliest tell that the board is diverging from spot again.
